⏳ Discovery - Round 1

We begin exploring every idea with a Discovery phase (part 1). Our goal is to quickly become knowledgeable about the domain through calls with industry experts. We stop this phase once we notice diminishing returns from our conversations.

During this first phase, we conduct approximately 15 calls. While most connections come through our network, we also use LinkedIn to initiate new conversations.

After completing our first phase, we will create a clear mapping of the value chain and all pain points we identified within it. We will then select one specific pain point and begin brainstorming potential solutions.

Finally, we will prepare a slide deck and script to present our findings to industry experts.
